The Benito-Cardillo Agency- an independent Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporate for an Agency Sales Manager. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations: oversee administrative workflows, scheduling, front-desk activity, and ensure the office is organized and functioning smoothly.
• Drive new business sales in personal and commercial lines through lead follow-up and sales conversations
• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems (CRM / AMS)
• Stay informed on underwriting rules, product changes, and carrier markets
• Support agency branding, marketing tasks, and contribute ideas to help grow book of business

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (personal, commercial, or both), required
• Must hold a Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license, required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial drive
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to take ownership of goals
