The John Capozzi Agency- an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporation for an Insurance Sales Producer. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.

What You’ll Do

• Sell Personal and Commercial Insurance using consultative techniques
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions
• Attend networking events to grow your book
• Consistently hit sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Must be based near Berlin, MD.
• Property and Casualty license, preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
