About the Opportunity

The Randy Maiden Agency, an independently owned Brightway agency in Melbourne, FL, is hiring a licensed sales producer for a full-time, in-office position. You'll have Brightway's carrier network and agency infrastructure behind you, with earning potential that isn't capped.

Core Duties

• Sell auto, home, and life insurance to new and existing customers
• Follow up on and convert leads passed along by the agency
• Have honest coverage conversations that fit the customer's real needs
• Consistently meet or beat monthly production numbers

Qualifications

• Must hold an active P&C license
• 1–3 years of prior insurance or sales work preferred
• Strong verbal communication and a consultative sales style
• Motivated to work independently toward clear goals
