Brightway Insurance is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing agency in Oklahoma City, OK 73159. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients find the right coverage, and growing within a sales-driven environment.

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll work with multiple top-rated insurance carriers to provide personalized insurance solutions for clients while building long-term relationships and generating new business.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Help clients identify the right personal insurance coverage
• Quote and sell policies from multiple insurance carriers
• Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Meet sales and performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development

What We’re Looking For

• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License
• Sales or insurance experience
