We're Hiring | Insurance Agent – Personal Lines

We're a growing independent insurance agency in the Jacksonville/St. Johns area and we're looking for our next great hire.

The Role

You'll be quoting and binding personal lines policies — home, auto, boat, and more — while building real client relationships. This is a sales and service role, and we need someone who understands that the phone is still the most powerful tool in the business.

Who We're Looking For

• A people person with a strong phone presence
• Someone with a stable, consistent work history
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment
• Sales-minded — you follow up, you close, you take ownership
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person
