Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals. You will collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet the hiring goals. This role is essential in helping our organization build a high-performing sales team that drives growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring sales positions, including Account Executives, Sales Managers, Business Development Representatives, other sales-related roles, as well as additional corporate positions.
- Talent Sourcing: Use various sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and engage with high-potential sales candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, sales acumen, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills, experience, and attributes needed for each role and refine job descriptions and hiring criteria accordingly.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company as a key ambassador to prospective candidates through outreach, events, and social media, conveying our mission, culture, and value proposition. Managing social media recruitment campaigns.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales positions.
- Interview Coordination: Define and implement necessary improvements to the overall interviewing process. Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with the HR team to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages aligned with company policies and market rates.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment efforts.
- Training and Development: Conduct training and support hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates. Develop training material to educate hiring managers and team members on recruitment processes, procedures, and systems.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and salary benchmarks to provide insights into recruiting strategies.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and analytics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and recruitment efforts. Use data to make decisions that result in increased efficiency with recruitment processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
- Ownership: Foster an ownership mentality by proactively managing the recruitment process, demonstrating accountability for hiring outcomes, and prioritizing urgency to meet talent acquisition goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (4-6 years) as a recruiter, preferably in sales or similar roles.
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, compensation structures, and sales cycles.
- Experience leading recruitment initiatives and projects to drive organizational change.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage passive candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in networking, sourcing strategies, and Boolean searches.
- Must be based in Florida and available to travel (25%)

- Experience providing mentorship and guidance to recruiting team members.
- Experience recruiting for high-growth companies or in the tech industry.
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting.
