About Brightway
Established in 2008, Brightway is proud to be one of the fastest-growing insurance agency systems in the United States. With over 350 franchises spanning 35+ states and generating $1.4 billion in annual premiums, we rank among the nation’s largest privately owned property and casualty insurance distribution companies. Brightway was established by brothers David and Michael Miller, who transformed the insurance distribution landscape with their groundbreaking “you sell, we service” model. This concept empowers agents to focus on sales while Brightway handles post-sale operations and customer service, creating a franchise system that delivers unmatched support and success. Brightway is focused on developing a technology platform to create differentiated insurance agent and customer service experiences, leveraging data, AI, and automation to expand Brightway’s strong value proposition for customers, franchisees, and carrier partners.
We are embarking on the next stage of our customer-centric growth, driven by innovation from our talented associates and the application of cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Director of M&A to join our dynamic team to lead Brightway’s inorganic growth strategy.
