Role Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

• Quote new homeowner’s insurance policies across multiple carriers
• Prepare applications and proposal packets for agent review
• Input and update client info in your management system
• Monitor quote requests and ensure timely turnaround

Secondary Responsibilities (as needed):

• Answer incoming calls or follow-up questions from clients
• Clarify missing info (occupancy, pets, alarms, etc.)
• Assist during high-volume periods or staff absences

Key Notes:

• No sales responsibilities
• License required
• Should be comfortable on the phone and with Florida-specific homeowners nuances
• Familiar with carriers, rating platforms, and agency systems
