Scope

Brightway Insurance offers an exciting opportunity for entry-level professionals looking to launch a meaningful and long-term career in the insurance industry. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you'll receive hands-on training, professional mentorship, and the support needed to grow within a stable, high-demand field.

In this role, you’ll interact directly with clients, assist with insurance-related inquiries, and help deliver high-quality service that builds trust and drives satisfaction. You’ll gain valuable industry experience, develop core business skills, and have the opportunity to advance within the organization based on your performance, initiative, and growth.

As a Client Relationship Specialist at Brightway, you will...

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing support with policy updates, inquiries, and coverage recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively engage clients through outreach to discuss policy reviews and offer tailored solutions
  • Document all interactions accurately in Brightway’s CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional insurance products and services
  • Learn and apply knowledge of insurance offerings, client service tools, and best practices
  • Contribute to team goals in a supportive, professional environment

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (open to all majors)
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Ability to obtain a Personal Lines license within 60 days of employment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Willingness to learn new systems and adopt evolving technology tools
  • A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and contribute
