Scope
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial strategy of the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating detailed financial models, and evaluating investment opportunities to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Job Responsibilities
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate investment cases.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, providing explanations and insights to management.
Investment Evaluation: Assess new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their financial viability and potential return on investment.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather data, understand business needs, and provide financial guidance.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.

Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a related field.
