  • Policy Servicing: Help clients with general policy questions, billing inquiries, and basic service requests.

  • Office Coordination: Maintain a clean, organized front office and help coordinate daily operations to keep things running smoothly.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with licensed agents to support their efforts and ensure the office meets client service standards.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance, office administration, or customer service

  • Desire to grow within the insurance industry, including potential to pursue a 2-20 license and move into a sales role

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $30,000–$40,000 annually, depending on experience and licensing

  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth

  • Monday–Friday schedule, on-site only

If you're ready to bring positive energy to our team and be the welcoming face of our agency, we’d love to hear from you!
