Job Responsibilities
Identify and resolve billing issues:
Research and resolve invoices discrepancies and issues.
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice requests and inquiries, as needed.
Invoice processing
Review invoices for accuracy
Monitor and manage outstanding invoices
Upload invoices into account system
Process miscellaneous payments as needed
Process electronic payments and check requests
Corporate Credit Card/Reimbursement Processing
Review credit card charges and receipts for accuracy
Review expense reimbursement requests
Manage vendor records
Request vendor information
Enter in accounting system
Bank account reconciliation
Run daily bank reports
Verify transactions
Resolve discrepancies
Skills, Licenses, Certifications
Business communication: Answering questions from vendors and internal departments via calls and emails
Proficiency in MS Excel: utilizing excel functions to filter, group, and analyze data
Oracle NetSuite users are preferred
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree and above
1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role
