Position: Part-Time Remote Commercial Lines Producer

Role Overview:
As a Commercial Lines Producer, you’ll leverage your commercial insurance expertise to engage with clients and present tailored solutions. This role is part-time and remote, serving clients across Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads provided by the agency, provide quotes, and close sales.
• Advise new and existing customers on insurance products — including commercial policies.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and renewals for commercial lines.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier systems.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across both commercial and residential segments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and digital communications.
• Ensure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and carrier requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 license.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial insurance. (Required)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, phone, and disciplined scheduling.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese — preferred but not required.
