The Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth while building strong, lasting client relationships. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and deliver tailored personal insurance solutions. Our streamlined operational support allows you to stay focused on revenue-generating activities without being weighed down by administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business sales through consultative selling strategies
• Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate personal lines solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and renewals
• Consistently meet or exceed goals for quotes, new business production, and retention
• Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline activity and performance metrics

What You Bring

• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Easily coachable and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment
• Insurance license not required to apply (significant plus if already licensed)
