**Job Summary:**

Brightway Insurance is looking for a Senior Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Houston, TX. This role involves establishing strong community partnerships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will assess clients' insurance needs, offer tailored policy solutions, and must be fluent in Spanish. This position, situated near Jersey Village in northwest Houston, provides a chance for long-term career advancement within the insurance industry. It is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days of in-office work per week, with working hours from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities:**

- Market to local community, realtors, and business groups to foster relationships
- Provide insurance quotes and sell products to potential clients
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze clients' insurance requirements and offer suitable recommendations
- Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
- Assist clients with insurance applications and paperwork
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and promptly
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and policy modifications
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions

**Qualifications:**

- Hold a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Sales
- Ability to work in the office 2-3 days a week
- Proven track record in sales administration, retail sales, or client-facing roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making

**Compensation: Guaranteed Base, plus Commission:**

- Salary plus commission (salary based on experience)
- First-year earnings range from $50,000 - $65,000 through a blend of base salary and commission
- Top performers can earn $65,000 - $75,000+ in subsequent years
